people will laugh at this because let's face it before the world cup the guy had hardly covered himself in glory ...however we're definitely missing something when team's close ranks at the back and a big tall striker might be the key in these types of situations most of our attacking options are small and skillful also with Trent and Robertson pumping balls into the box left right and centre... I'm seriously thinking this is definitely an option....and he won't be expensive and he's got premiership experience and Burnley will have no choice but to sell....?

mate i knew people would laugh at his comment, but do you not think a tall striker could be an option for us ? maybe not Weghorst but the same kind of height 🤔 we do get alot of balls in there box and a lot get wasted!! it's difficult i agree as you would be literally using this type of player as a plan B and would any player come knowing this but this lad i think would his options are quite limited....

I actually don't see any need of a tall player that's great in the air.
It's because usually most of them simply aren't good enough in the normal play and you can't buy a player to do just one thing.
I also think Darwin is more than good enough in the air and for example Jota is good too. 
Personally when the time comes to buy an attacker he simply must be a great fit for the game we play and if he's good in the air that's a good thing

I think wout weghorst that we should get also he's a international teammate of van dik and he's tall and he be dangerous in corners him and Nunez up top would frighten defenders
