Arthur starts for Liverpool under-21 after recovering from injury
Following his return to match fitness, Arthur has been sent to play for the under-21 team in their game against Leicester.
It's interesting that the midfielder starts for the under-21s today:
LFC XI: Pitaluga; Stephenson, Jonas, Koumetio, Beck; Corness, Arthur, Clark; Doak, Musialowski, Blair
The midfielder has been out for the last five months with a knee problem he picked up on the training ground.
Arthur has made just one appearance for the Liverpool first team since arriving at the club last summer. This is his second start for the under-21s team so far.
Unfortunately, this is one loan transfer that just hasn't worked out for Liverpool. There was talk of Liverpool sending him back to Juventus in January but the club decided to keep him.
