We already knew that we can't compete in the transfer window even Burnley Football Club can still spend more than us in the market. We just have a bunch of idiots who owns the club for their own selfish gain not for the supporters. It would have been more easy for us cos the player himself @Gvardiol is a Liverpool fan and he once said it that he wish to play for @LiverpoolFC. Even if he worth £20 million @FSG will still not release the funds 💵 to get him.

We are a great club. So tired of getting mediocre players, due to the fact that quality players are expensive. For us to compete with the best, we need to buy the best too. I am not saying buy all players linked to the team. Improving means adding quality, quality comes on high price.

Record revenues just reported as well as ticket price increases announced. 

And yet still no real terms meaningful increases in NET SPEND on the horizon. 

If this summer, our net spend isn't at least £200M (excluding sales) which is now needed BECAUSE of FSGs disastrous small club transfer policy, then I really hope the match going fans finally make their voices heard and start protesting publicly against FSGs catastrophic mismanagement of the playing squad.

Sorry, but your statement of "tired of getting mediocre players" is so way off the mark.
We signed Alison, VVD, Robbo,  Jota, Tiago and many more class players to get LFC close to a quadruple season.
The problem has been reinvestment,  the midfield is aged, the bench is too young, and we have sold too many players without replacement, FSG' idea of reinvestment is extending our ground, which coupled with a rise in season and match tickets will only mean further lining of their pockets.
where are the "FSG OUT!" banners and boycotting games, these are the actions we need to take...YNWA

I agree with you that we have had great quality players coming in, but we talking of maintenance. You buy great players, replace or maintain with equally great quality. This is like sitting on our laurels.

Agreed, I did state that the problem was reinvestment/maintenance.  we know the summer spend will be mediocre,  the problem is FSG, that's the focus for us fans, every week we need to fly the banners with strong messages that we will not stand for their management style, which is centered on profiteering/theft of our club...

Mate believe me when i say this, it's completely irrelevant fans not turning up because there's so many day trippers waiting to buy tickets they will be sold anyway and Anfield will be full... we're just such a big club and seeing that's it's almost impossible to ever get tickets they will be snapped up! i sold my season ticket during Covid as i lost my job and it was gone within 10 minutes and i got way more than it was worth.. now i can't get a ticket for love nor money! and yes I'm feeling sorry for myself 😭🤪
