Mohamed Salah is 'open to leaving' Liverpool in the summer, FootMercato's Santi Aouna reports.
The Egyptian believes the team has reached 'the end of a cycle' and a departure would 'give a new meaning' to his career.
The source adds that the 30-year-old would prefer to join a Spanish team. Previously, both Madrid and Barca expressed interest in landing the forward.
Salah signed a new deal last summer. It expires in 2025.
Note that the report comes from Santi Aouna. He's a relatively reliable French journalist but it has not yet been corroborated by local journalists such as James Pearce, Neil Jones or David Ornstein; Spanish sources have also been quiet about La Liga clubs' interest in Salah. So take the report with a pinch of salt. Or maybe a truckload of salt.
