Liverpool make £100m formal Bellingham bid, claims agent with no links to Jude

British agent Haydn Dodge has revealed that Liverpool have made a formal offer to sign Jude Bellingham ahead of the summer transfer window.

“It’s known that a bid [from Liverpool] just shy of £100m has been submitted for Jude Bellingham ahead of this summer’s transfer window,” Dodge said in an exclusive interview.

“A revamp in the middle of the park is exactly what Liverpool, their fans and Jurgen Klopp need so it is not surprising to see them going all out for Bellingham.”

Note that Dodge and his company, Next Generation Management Ltd, do not represent Bellingham. A quick search shows that the most valued player on their books is Blackpool centre-back Charlie Goode, while the most high-profile names on their books are managers Steve Bruce and Mike Phelan, as well as the former Arsenal forward Andrey Arshavin, who is now retired.

At the moment of writing this post, no credible journalist such as James Pearce or Fabrizio Romano have confirmed Dodge's claim.
