4 at least tried, one disappointed without even playing — Liverpool players' performance tierlist for City loss

Today's match between Liverpool and Manchester City was a tough day for the Reds. From the second part of the first half, Manchester City dominated the game, controlling possession and creating a flurry of chances.

Liverpool struggled to get into the game, only managing a single shot and holding onto just 32% of the possession. Manchester City was too good at attacking for Liverpool's defense to stop, and as a result, the home team won the game 4-1.

While it's difficult to highlight even one good player, several individuals stood out for their efforts in the game. Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota and Gakpo tried their best to make a difference on the field, pushing forward and creating some chances. Alisson made some key saves throughout the game and is not one to blame for the loss.

One of the worst players was Arthur Melo. He didn't even play in this match but was caught laughing and shaking Gurdiola's hand after Man City scored.
