'Give reserve players and youngsters experience': Fans select preferred Liverpool XI to face Southampton

Liverpool take on Southampton in the final game of the Premier League this evening and the Reds will be looking to finish the season on a high.

We had asked the fans which players they think Jurgen Klopp should put out in his starting XI to get the win.

Since the game is of little significance in the larger scheme of things, some fans have opted to give the youngsters and other fringe players some valuable Premier League experience.

Others want to end the season strongly and wanted to see some of the regular starters involved to get the job done.

Fans' preferred Liverpool XI vs Saints

David: "As the result is meaningless cannot get top 4 and cannot lose 5th spot I would field a team of reserve players and youngsters to give them the experience of playing in the Premier league."
