Ryan Gravenberch wanted by Turkish club — Liverpool beat them to signature last summer (reliability: 3 stars)

Ryan Gravenberch only joined Liverpool last year, but there are already rumours about other clubs' interest in him.

According to Turkish media outlet Fotomac, Galatasaray are keen on signing the 21-year-old.

Last summer, they tried to sign him on loan with a €25m buy option. However, Liverpool beat them to the signing, agreeing a permanent deal with Bayern worth €40m.

Since then, Gravenberch has not been consistent in the Liverpool shirt. He only started 10 Premier League games, making 11 sub appearances, and did not register a goal contribution in that competition.

So, Galatasaray are claimed to be 'more ambitious' and want to sign him even before the Euros start in June.

It's hard to believe Galatasaray would succeed, though. The Dutchman is just 21 years old and is bound to improve. Besides, a new manager will surely want to at least have a look at him in the pre-season before even considering any future moves.
