'Until we get a new left-back, Tsimikas should be our first choice': Liverpool fans react to left-back dilemma
After the recent match against Arsenal, Liverpool fans are questioning Andrew Robertson's ability to cover the left-back position more and more. He has faced a setback in his form, so some supporters propose Konstantinos Tsimikas to take his role until the Reds can find a good candidate.
@sufiane_yusuf: "Until we get a new left-back, Tsimikas should be our first choice in that position."
@KapalaKroer: "I love Robbo but he has looked a bit rusty lately."
@MerseysideLA: "Why are we still trying to start Robbo in the first place? Tsimikas should always start moving forward until we get our starting LB."
@NuckingFuts24: "Dunno if Robbo has an issue or not but he's off the pace a little atm."
@Khaya_LFC: "Tsimikas has been a back up for a very long time. I love Andy Robertson but he's getting exposed. Saka toyed with him. Tsimikas came on and locked Saka like crazy. It's time for him to be our LB starter."
@NotoriousLFC: "Tsimikas has to start now over Robertson. Better defensively and far better on the ball including his deliveries."
Robertson played a major role in Liverpool's development and he is a valuable footballer on and off the pitch, however, it seems like the left-back position requires real changes.
