Liverpool faced Nottingham Forest in a Premier League match at The City Ground. The first half was challenging for Liverpool, as they fell behind early to a goal from Chris Wood in the 8th minute
In the second half, Liverpool improved significantly. Arne Slot made impactful substitutions, bringing on Kostas Tsimikas and Diogo Jota.
Their immediate impact was evident when, just 22 seconds after coming on, Tsimikas delivered a corner that Jota headed into the net to equalize in the 66th minute.
After the match, Arne Slot said: "I couldn't ask for more. Second half outstanding. Not many teams can create chances against a team that are so strong defensively. We were definitely better than the last time we faced Forest."
