- The 15-year-old Russian plays as a striker and a right winger.
- It's his third trial with United, he had Ole Gunnar Solskjaer watching the last time.
- He's now even posed for a pic with the first team.
- United can't sign him until he turns 18.
Man United have handed another trial to a promising Russia U17 star Sergey Pinyaev, report the Daily Mail. It's not the first time the 15-year-old has been to Carrington.
During his first stint with the club he bagged five goals in one game (against Bari kids). He belongs to Chertanovo FC, a team from Russia's second tier that only rely on their youth products. This kid is their most talked-about player.
Their academy chief said last year as his pupil returned from a United trial: ''At Man United they say Piniaev is the brightest player who has come to the club for trial over the past 15 years.
''They are so much interested in him they even took Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Jesse Lingard to watch a training session.''
For his Instagram spinyaev09:
Pinyaev plays as a striker but can also attack from the right wing. Pace, agility, vision, and goalscoring prowess are among his strong sides.
Pinyeav at the age of 13:
United cannot sign him until he turns 18 – unless they want a transfer ban like the one Chelsea had. Youngsters from outside EU and aged below 18 cannot move to another country unless their parents move there as legal immigrants.
But it's apparent United want to rely on Pinyaev once he becomes available for a transfer which will only happen in November 2022.
