Stats show why Bruno Fernandes should be undisputed United penalty taker
Bruno Fernandes should be Man United's undisputed penalty taker and the Portugal international has some incredible stats to back up that argument.
The 25-year-old's penalty conversion rate is at 91% after 23 career attempts. The midfielder has missed only two spot-kicks since making a professional debut in 2013.
Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford, in contrast, have respective conversion rates of 72% and 84%.

The last time Bruno missed a penalty was in October 2018 when he was denied by GS Loures' Miguel Soares in the Portuguese Cup. The midfielder's penalty inaugural miss took place in 2016 for Udinese.
Fernandes became the first player in United's history who scored his debut Premier League goal from the spot when he converted the penalty in the 3-0 victory over Watford on Sunday.
