  • Martial limped off the field against Kazakhstan.
  • Travelling so often hasn't helped Anthony, says the France boss.

In a recent press conference, as quoted by the Daily Star, Didier Deschamps said: "Anthony [Martial] has a small issue on his knee. Nothing is decided yet.

"He won’t be taking part in the training session a bit later. We’ll see tomorrow. Anything serious has been dismissed.

"We’ve run some tests, but there’s still the pain, and having travelled as long as we have, that hasn’t helped."

Martial picked up a knock as France beat Kazakhstan 2-0. After providing the assist for Ousmane Dembele's goal, the Frenchman got injured in the second half and limped off the field visibly in pain.

The Manchester United attacker faces a race against time to be fit before we take on Brighton & Hove Albion on April 4.
