  • He's expected to miss this Sunday's game against Brighton.

According to reliable French news outlet L'Equipe, Anthony Martial will miss at least 2-3 games for Manchester United after injuring his knee in France's win over Kazakhstan in the international break.

The 25-year-old limped off the field and was in visible pain, raising concerns over his fitness amid a serious dry spell. Martial has only scored four times in 22 Premier League appearances this term.

And now, he may have to sit out when we face Brighton & Hove Albion this Sunday. The report understands that his presence in the Europa League quarter-final against Granada is also 'not guaranteed'.

Despite the lack of goals, Martial has been a regular starter for the Red Devils. To make matters worse, Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford also had to withdraw from the England U21 and senior Three Lions squads respectively.
