Harry Maguire had a torrid outing in Man United’s dismal 1-4 loss to Watford in which he got sent off in the second half.
The Englishman threw the captain’s armband to the ground and gave a low-five to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in his final game as manager.
Hours after the game, the United captain was pictured at a restaurant in Sheffield – where he was at a party.
Fans were understandably fuming at this after the loss, but Maguire was just attending his dad’s birthday party.
His sister, Zoe, posted a video of the entire family together celebrating their father’s special day.
Maguire is under threat of losing his captaincy after a series of dismal performances this season and needs to improve his performances to keep his place in the team after a new manager’s arrival.
