James Maddison took a massive dig at Man United’s current struggles at Old Trafford, telling Sky Sports after the 1-1 draw: “We’re a little bit disappointed that we’re haven’t come away with three points, which tells you the story about coming to this place [Old Trafford] at the minute.
“Sometimes you can almost feel in control even without the ball. They obviously played with Bruno and Pogba without a recognised striker.
“They’ve got tricky players in wide areas, but I felt we were in control. We were actually the better team.”
The Red Devils were a bit fortunate not to lose the game as Maddison’s late goal was ruled out due to a foul on Raphael Varane. Leicester City looked the better team for the majority of the game and United just couldn’t do enough to claw out a win.
