Man City win Premier League title, Liverpool finish 2nd: final league standings

Man City won the 2021/22 Premier League title after a dramatic final day of the season.

The Citizens were 2-0 down against Aston Villa after 75 minutes but managed to score three goals in six minutes to win it 3-2 in the end.

Liverpool came from behind to defeat Wolves 3-1 - but that was not enough.

Elsewhere, Tottenham Hotspur secured the final place in the top four by battering Norwich 5-0.

Arsenal and Man United will play in the Europa League, while West Ham are qualified for the Conference League.

At the other end of the table, Leeds beat Brentford and finished 17th. Burnley have been relegated to the Championship after a loss to Newcastle United.
