The Red Devils are hoping to get £10m from his sale, which can then be put to boost their own summer transfer budget.

Williams had a pretty good loan spell at 

 last season, making 26 appearances in the Premier League.

Yet, he has been asked by the United chiefs to find a new club as there is no major role for him at Old Trafford.

Alongside Williams, United are also hoping to sell
