Speaking on talkSPORT radio, transfer expert Alex Crook said: "Neymar is on huge wages and that's why Paris Saint-Germain are going to struggle to shift him this summer.
"There's a report in France where they're clearly trying to push him out the door, saying the only clubs that could afford him were Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle United.
"Absolutely no chance does Eddie Howe go for Neymar. Chelsea might just be crazy enough but I don't see Man United going down that road with this rebuild they've got. I think he'll stay at PSG."
New PSG sporting director Luis Campos is launching a cultural revolution at the club this summer with Neymar seemingly no longer part of the project.
Some reports in the French media have linked Man United with a move to the Brazilian but there has been nothing to actually confirm the rumours.
