According to Fabrizio Romano, a tier-one source, Chelsea are yet to hold a discussion over pursuing Cristiano Ronaldo in the January transfer window.

Romano said: "My understanding at the moment is that there is no talk about Cristiano as Chelsea are busy with different priorities, including the new director. It's too early to know about Chelsea's intentions for January."
