‘TenHagBall has arrived': United fans notice special aspect about Sancho's goal vs Sheriff

Man United produced a beautiful move leading to Jadon Sancho’s opening goal in the 2-0 win over FC Sheriff.

There were 12 passes made leading up to the goal, with seven players being involved in it.

Christian Eriksen produced a fantastic pass to assist the goal, before Sancho produced a smart finish.

United fans believe that the goal was peak ‘TenHagBall’ as they listed out their favorite aspects of the strike.

Fujired: “‘The Art of Half Turn’ - by Christian Eriksen.”

TheHabeo: “Antony looks very disciplined. Stay at the back when Dalot ran forward. Clearly not a hotheaded and self absorbed attacker.”

MooFreaky_: “And it's not just non-threatening passes. The ball is moved forward to threatening positions forcing the defence to adjust, then recycled out and shifted until a big enough gap is created. In the past we just went sideways, little movement going forward, it never felt threatening and defences isn't really need to adjust to what we were doing so we rarely broke down the blocks.”

GaryNevilleisared: “Best part was winning it with the press. Malacia is a f****** beast when it comes to counter pressing man, he just lived in Sheriff's third today.”

MarcusZXR: “Love to see the ball quickly moving side to side to stretch the opposition instead of just down the wings and back again like it has been the last couple years. Its early days and it's really simple football but its almost making me enjoy watching them again and I haven't felt like this for 4 years atleast.”
