Cristiano Ronaldo sends message to fans after being left with bloodied nose

Cristiano Ronaldo picked up a nasty injury in the Nations League game against the Czech Republic.

After a collision with Tomas Vaclik, the Man United forward was left with a bloodied nose.

However, the 37-year-old made no mention if his injury in an Instagram post after the game, suggesting that the issue was not serious.

"Great game, important team win! We stay focused on our goal. Thanks to the Portuguese audience for the fantastic support," Ronaldo's message on Instagram reads.

Ronaldo completed 90 minutes against the Czech Republic and even registered an assist late in the 4-0 win for Portugal.
