Speaking on Sky Sports on Sunday, Gary Neville said: "Lisandro Martinez was absolutely fantastic for large parts of that game.
"They all contributed. They're all going to David De Gea but Diogo Dalot, Harry Maguire and Martinez in that last 15–20 minutes were outstanding.
"David Moyes must wonder what he needs to do to finally win a game at Old Trafford. He surely can't believe it."
De Gea's saves helped Manchester United to keep a clean sheet while Marcus Rashford scored the winning goal but it was mostly Martinez who earned the most praise from Neville.
The Argentine centre-back has quickly established himself as a key player at Old Trafford following a rocky start to the 2022/23 season and it's now impossible to imagine Man United's backline without the 24-year-old.
