A strong debut for the former Newcastle goalie. Not at fault for any of the goals conceded.
Harry Maguire - 7
Maguire gave a good account of himself at the back. He also stepped forward to occasionally join his teammates in attack.
Fred - 5
An uninspiring display by the Brazilian. He looked out of sort and was replaced early in the second half.
Scott McTominay - 6
The Scotsman didn't do better either. He was sloppy and gave away possession on numerous occasions. But he ultimately stepped found the net in the closing stages.
Van de Beek - 3
But Van de Beek's performance should be the major worry. Another great opportunity missed by the Dutchman.
Marcus Rashford - 9
Rashford carried the team on his back in the first half and continued in the second. He was rewarded with goal.
Bruno Fernandes - 9
Like Rashford, Fernandes was a joy to watch. He grabbed a goal for all his efforts.
