"These are pledges I can think of off the top of my head that are really important for anybody bidding for Man United. It's a manifesto that needs to be put forward so that the fans can understand. There are going to be many bids.

"Because the reality of it is, if the Glazers want to do this in the right way, they have to make sure the club is going to a party whereby the fans don't believe they're being lumped with another owner they don't like."

The Glazers confirmed their openness to selling Man United earlier this month as they look to bring their 17-year ownership of the club to an end.

With the Red Devils likely to be sold for over £8 billion, they could now become another state-owned side or be taken over by an American consortium.

 said: "This [the sale] doesn't surprise me. I've been saying for six months that the Glazers would have to sell or part-sell. Anybody who's close enough to the club knows that.

"The Glazer family will never get a great exit from

Last week, the Glazers have announced their openness to selling Man United as the American family look to bring their 17-year ownership of the club to an end.

No official bids have been made yet but the American owners are reportedly looking to make at least $7.25 billion from the sale of their prized asset.

Before Amad gets his chance, and before re-picking Elanga for our XI, Pellistri deserves a chance much more. Elanga atm is useless even for the bench, Diallo could be useful for bench, to make his way slowly to the starting XI.
