Speaking on talkSPORT radio, Simon Jordan said: "Marcus Rashford isn't as good as people made him out to be. I think it’s unfair on the boy, too.
"I never said he's useless, but last year he was bloody useless! If Wales had a decent goalkeeper, I don't think he scores either goal."
"He plays for his country and arguably the biggest club in the country. He's done some very commendable things. But he is not a global superstar.
"He isn't the best footballer ever, and he is a little one-dimensional. He's done nothing in the last two years. His attitude last season was poor."
Rashford has gone through a commendable transformation under new Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag, winning back his place in the England squad.
The 25-year-old forward, who has scored three goals in three World Cup games so far, is in contention to start for Gareth Southgate's side in the knockout clash against Senegal on Sunday.
