Ridiculous to use the word 'dropped' 
How can you be dropped after a two goal man of the match performance in the previous match! Tournament football is reliant upon a squad!

I don't think this should be a problem for Marcus Rashford. If the manager don't select him to play in the past game maybe his  chance will be the next one and that shouldn't be an issue for Rashford. Gary Southgate is lucky to have such a massive talents at his disposal. He's so lucky that these bunch of good talented players are  the  ones  that are making him a good manager 🤣🤣. So this shouldn't be a word of word between these two young lads. They're there for one purpose and that's to win the world Cup 🏆.
