"Licha [Martinez] settled down quickly," Victor Lindelof told the official Man United website.
"I think every teammate and everyone in the squad has been helping him as well and he's a fantastic player and he's been performing at a very high level before and with his national team, so I think that helps us.
"Since he's arrived at the club, I think he's been fantastic and his energy and passion for the game is really, really great and I think it's important for us as a team.
"Everything he does, it's always 100% and that's how it should be. I think he's been performing at a very high level and hopefully he can keep the level up."
Martinez has become a regular starter at Old Trafford soon after arriving from Ajax last summer. He has already played in 21 games for United.
Lindelof could be described as one of the victims of the Argentine's transfer as he was demoted to a fourth-choice centre-back. To see him praising Martinez regardless is a positive reflection of the atmosphere inside the club under Erik ten Hag.
