 after full-time, but that was the only notable thing he did all evening long.

In the 2021/22 Premier League campaign, Lingard started only two games for United. That was despite assurances that he would play regularly after returning from a successful loan spell at 

Overall, he played 356 minutes in the league, an equivalent of less than four 90-minute games.

After leaving United as a free agent last summer, he's trying to rebuild his career at 

 but is yet to score or assist a goal in the league. He might have a chance to do that on Tuesday when his team will be hosted by Man United.

To be fair to Henderson, Man United's handling of a number of players has not been the best over the past season as we also saw Jesse Lingard suffer a similar fate. 

He had a great spell at West Ham, after which he was denied a move back to the Hammers in January only to be benched for the rest of the season at United.

He Never was good enough same as elanga. Hasn’t been good enough in my opinion. Garnacho done much more and by far and is more exciting then elanga or lingard ever was.

He was a bench warmer at best..

 He is angry at how his career has panned out. He should have moved years ago and made a decent career for himself.. 

There has been plenty of these type of players at United and I'm happy Ten Hag is gutting them out ✨
