Soon after the game, he took to Twitter to tweet a GIF of an iconic line from Jose Mourinho.

He referred to the incident where Mourinho said ‘If I speak, I am in big trouble,’ during his time at Chelsea.

De Gea seems to be angry at the officials for sending Casemiro out, meaning he will miss the next three Premier League games for United.

Casemiro, of course, will not be arrested for that but will need to see out a three-match ban over the next few weeks in the

He got a direct red card for seemingly trying to choke Will Hughes and will miss three games as a result.

The Brazilian will be banned only for domestic games, meaning this won’t impact his participation in the

Disgusting difference in var and ref decisions. Andy Carrol ended Christian Ericsson’s season with a humongous tackle and did not get a yellow card in the Nottingham Forest game. Cassimera was holding a player back from entering the melee in the Crystal Palace game when Antony was heavily manhandled into a brick wall. The player showed no resistance to Cassimera so obviously there was no pressure on his neck. The referee was totally wrong in my opinion to take the side of Palace when Antony was heavily pushed into the side wall and gave no foul.

And why did VAR focus on Casmiro and not Apew only a few meters away with his hands around Fred’s throat??

Seems like someone in the VAR room wanted to make a name for themselves and get one of the players of the season sent off.
They weren't looking at anything else apart from hurting United and luckily and rightfully we came away with the 3 points.

Sums it up really.
Disgusting decision whether you agree with it or not as it's VAR in a nutshell as if Casemmiro is sent off for that decision then Palace should of had 2 or 3 reds as well.
This inconsistency right across this season with VAR has been disgusting and has to be one rule for all or not at all.
I'd say VAR has to go.

I think at the heat of the moment  a yellow card for about 4 players would have been appropriate, the player he was holding back was going to join the struggle rather than separate and who know what might have happened. yes it was a bad move but nit as if he hit him or kicked him, this can be over looked and you can't say he was choking him, that's no way a red card, yellow I agree but red no. ayew was chocking Fred also and it wasn't even looked at. sometimes VAR and ref think they are god, if they continue like this someone might end up chocking them one of these days lol
