Mason Greenwood 'would run through a brick wall' to play for United again — Athletic's source

Mason Greenwood is absolutely desperate to get back to playing for Man United, claims the Athletic.

One source in the know about his situation said: “He would run through a brick wall to be back playing for United now.”

Greenwood has been a changed man by whatever has transpired over the last year and is eager to return to action.

However, the Red Devils are yet to make a decision on his future. They’re still undergoing an investigation around his accusations, even after the charges against him were dropped.

Erik ten Hag reportedly had a phone call with him earlier this year, but will not be the one to decide Greenwood’s future at Old Trafford.

For the time being, Mason remains suspended by United and hasn’t played a competitive game in over a year.
