'One of a kind': Man United post classy tribute for Zlatan Ibrahimovic after he retires at 41 (video)

Former Man United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has announced his retirement from professional football at the age of 41.

The Swedish forward publicly announced his desire to hang up his boots after AC Milan’s final game of the 2022/23 Serie A season against Hellas Verona.

After the announcement, a lot of tributes and appreciation have been pouring in for Zlatan to celebrate his amazing career.

Man United also posted a nice little tribute video that detailed his best moments at Old Trafford during the two-season spell.

The Swedish forward made 53 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 29 goals and providing 10 assists – while also helping them win the Carabao Cup and Europa League in 2016/17 season.

Ibrahimovic puts an end to a truly memorable career that spanned over 20 years and saw him score 496 goals in 827 competitive club games – as well as 62 international goals.
