This has sparked speculation among supporters. While there is no indication that he missed the post-match dressing room inquest conducted by the management team, his early exit has raised eyebrows about his commitment to the team.

This comes at a time when Maguire finds himself on the fringes of the United squad, despite continuing to play a pivotal role for the England national team.
