Man United have been able to climb up in Forbes’ most valuable clubs in the world list for 2023 just ahead of the 25% ownership acquisition by Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
The Red Devils have climbed up to second place, one place above their position in Forbes list in 2022.
Man United’s current value is a whopping $6bn, making them the most valuable club in the Premier League as well. They were valued at around $4.6bn last year, seeing their valuation soar $1.4b over that period.
Only Real Madrid ($6.07bn) are valued at a higher price than them by Forbes for the time being, with Los Blancos retaining their spot from last year.
Barcelona ($5.51bn), Liverpool ($5.29bn) and Man City ($4.99bn) complete the top five most valuable clubs in the world.
