Paris Saint-Germain will host Strasbourg in their second Ligue 1 clash of the season. With more players back from holiday, Mauricio Pochettino will have more options to choose from when picking the starting Xi for the match. Here are some of them.
Option 1
PSG XI: Navas - Hakimi, Kehrer, Kimpembe, Diallo - Danilo, Herrera, Wijnaldum - Mbappe, Icardi, Sarabia.
This line-up is almost identical to that used by Pochettino in the first league match of the season. The only change is Pablo Sarabia starting ahead of Julian Draxler, who didn't have too good of a match last time.
Option 2
PSG XI: Donnarumma - Hakimi, Kehrer, Kimbpembe, Kurzawa - Verratti, Herrera, Wijnaldum - Di Maria, Icardi, Mbappe.
Since goalkeepers need less time to get back in form (as they usually run much less during matches), Gianluigi Donnarumma could be ready to play from the start.
Other changes include Marco Verratti and Layvin Kurzawa playing from the start, as well as Angel Di Maria. Kylian Mbappe, in this case, would have to switch flanks
Option 3
PSG XI: Navas - Hakimi, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Kurzawa - Verratti, Herrera, Wijnaldum - Messi, Mbappe, Neymar.
In case Pochettino feels adventuristic, he could try the Messi-Neymar-Mbappe attacking trio right away. However, we have to note that Leo might not be at his 100% yet.
Marquinhos, the captain and leader of PSG's defence, could return to the starting XI as well.
