"I'm really happy and I think the three points are very important for us.
"And three points against a very good team like Clermont gives us the confidence to work and prepare for the next match in Belgium in the Champions League.
"Today was the debut for Nathan [Bitumazala], Nuno [Mendes] and Gigio [Donnarumma], so I think it's important to gain confidence and start to feel that they can help the team achieve whatever we want."
PSG defeated Clermont 4-0. Ander Herrera continued his red-hot form and bagged a brace, Kylian Mbappe and Gana Gueye added a goal each.
The Parisians will now face Club Brugge in the Champions League next week.
