The 24-year-old is currently on loan at Villarreal, so he's not a stranger to La Liga. Anguissa had featured in 25 league outings for the Yellow Submarine this season before the COVID-19 crisis put all action on hold in early March.
Anguissa registers 2.2 tackles per game (Casemiro 3.3), 1.2 interceptions (Casemiro 2.1) and 0.8 clearances (Casemiro 1.8) this season, as per WhoScored.
The Cameroon international is tied with Fulham until 2023.
Meanwhile, there seems to be a break in Camavinga and Pogba sagas. The Rennes starlet is expected to stay at the Ligue 1 outfit for one more season while Pogba is more likely to stay at Man United or to leave for Juventus, according to multiple reports.
