In the recent leaked audio recordings published by El Confidencial, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez can be heard going after numerous important figures from the club's past. The awkward thing is that some of them are still affiliated with the club.

Here's Tribuna.com's quick rundown.

A club legend, Casillas left the Santiago Bernabeu in 2015 and retired from football in 2020. He's been appointed as an assistant to general director Jose Angel Sanchez at Madrid last season.

Raul

Raul left us in 2010 and played for five more years before retiring. In 2018, the Spaniard started coaching at Madrid's academy and is currently in charge of Real Madrid Castilla.

In 2005, the Portuguese left us to join Inter Milan where he played until 2009. After retirement, Figo has been involved in various ventures including the founding of Network90, a private members' networking site for football professionals. He isn't affiliated with the club at the moment.

A Real Madrid legend, he was sold to Juventus in 2018.

Ronaldo Nazario

The Brazilian left the club in 2007 and retired from football in 2011. He owns various businesses and also serves as the president of Spanish club Real Valladolid.

Guti

Guti left Real Madrid in 2010 and retired from football in 2011. The former midfielder worked as a coach at the Whites' academy until 2018. He's currently without a club after leaving Almeria in 2020.

Michel

A legend of the club, Michel played at Santiago Bernabeu until 1996 and retired the following year after a short spell at Celaya in Mexico. He started his coaching career in 2005 (even coached Castilla for a season) and has recently been appointed at Getafe.

Mesut left the club in 2013. The 32-year-old is still active, currently playing at Fenerbahce.

Vicente del Bosque

Del Bosque played for Los Blancos between 1968 and 1984 and coached the first team between 1999 and 2003. He retired from coaching in 2016, having led Spain to a World Cup and Euros win.

Mourinho left Real Madrid in 2013 and has coached several clubs since then. He's recently been appointed at AS Roma.
