'Call me crazy but I liked Madrid's performance': Ancelotti on Osasuna draw

"The time added on at the end of the game seemed to be very little to me," Carlo Ancelotti said after the Osasuna draw, as quoted by Football Espana.

"I asked for an explanation but it didn’t convince me.

"Of the three games [Madrid have not won at home], we deserved to win two of them. We have to understand that they are difficult games for this squad, because in this game we lacked presence in the box.

"But do you want the truth? You can call me crazy, but I liked the performance. Especially in the second half.

"My players have given everything and we have to keep going."

Madrid were held to a goalless draw at Santiago Bernabeu by Osasuna.

The visitors defended in a low block, making it difficult for Madrid to create chances.

The Whites could have scored, with Carvajal skying his effort after a Vini cutback in the first half and Marcelo wasting a one-on-one shortly before the final whistle.
