The German midfielder has decided against signing a new one-year contract with Real Madrid until he is assured of his performances this season, Marca report.

Kroos isn’t sure of performing at a top level as he used to before because age is catching up on him which he admitted himself that's why he is not ready to sign an extension… Respect to him
He not scared of being replaced because tchouameni can’t replace kroos at the moment and doesn’t have Toni’s qualities.. he only has potential to have Toni’s current qualities, same with valverde and modric, camavinga and casemiro… those three are youngsters compared to kroos, modric and casemiro
