Real Madrid on the verge of signing ex-Barcelona striker Iker Bravo (reliability: 5 stars)

Real Madrid are closing in on the signing of 17-year-old Spanish striker Iker Bravo, as per Marca and Gerard Romero.

The Bayer Leverkusen youngster will join on a one-season loan with an option to buy in 2023.

Bravo will be put into the Real Madrid Castilla squad and must work hard to ensure that deal becomes permanent.

The 17-year-old is a product of Barcelona’s La Masia academy, but left the club to join the Bundesliga side last season.

Los Blancos were able to beat out rivals Atletico Madrid for his signing as Bravo only wanted to play for them.
