Benzema absent at Real Madrid training this morning, Ancelotti explains

Karim Benzema hasn't showed up at training session earlier today, which caused concern among the fans.

Multiple reporters immediately stated that the Frenchman will not play against Getafe on Saturday.

Here's how Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti explained Benzema's absence. "Benzema is a bit tired. But if he's fine tomorrow morning, he will play".

"If a player tells me he's tired I won't use him. But it has only happened two times in my career: one of them was Pepe before the Champions League final".

All indications are that, at the very least, Karim will not feature in the starting XI tomorrow.
