I agree with you 'till certain point, yes players need play time  and head coach trust however when a footballer arrives to a new institution with highly qualified credentials and doesn't deliver any of those is hard to comprehend and to top it off the footballer pick up an injury that requires surgery, lengthy absence in the first team lineup hard core treatment and rehabilitation galore, head coach and staffing has to opt for different approaches to fulfilling the gaps. Now with all the respect you deserve I ask you : if Eden Hazard is really a great and elite footballer like you expressed why he is refusing to play full time as a loaner in other institution??  ⚽️

Unfortunately at this point Eden Hazard would be in the pitch again when Ancelloti is no longer in the helm of the Real Madrid, to many aspects involving this issue specially the continue refuse to PLAY FULL TIME as a loaner; offers to enroll in Italy, England and even La Liga league were strongly refused. It was an excellent opportunity for him to show Florentino and Ancelloti that the deserves to be in the first team lineup. All things said can't satisfied everyone, the only sure thing is that Hazard will seat until this contract comes to an end like Gareth Bale did.. ⚽️

Players need playing time and trust from the manager, if only he was given the chance and chance to get back his form, nobody in the Real Madrid team is better than him.

some of we Madrid fans are getting tired of don Callo and his decision sometimes,we all know that Hazard was not a bad player back then but injuries had been the obstacle for the player during his days at Madrid, as manager you have to encourage the player to bee on his best by giving him playing time for at least 20minutes for revival but we have not seeing that from Callo why?Callo is pushing Hazard from the club but the player is eager to play for Madrid
