Well, we may say Kylian Mbappe is more complete and more effective than Vinicius Junior, but the Brazilian is two years younger – and yet he's very close to reaching Mbappe's levels.
Both Vini and Mbappe should be in contention to win the Ballon d'Or this year, although it will almost surely be decided between Erling Haaland and Leo Messi.
