Kylian Mbappe undergoes tests today after injury against Atalanta
11 December 2024, 07:08
Kylian Mbappe will have tests today to determine the extent of the injury he suffered during Real Madrid's match against Atalanta. The forward appeared to struggle before being replaced by Rodrygo.
Carlo Ancelotti addressed the issue, saying, "I don’t believe it’s a serious problem." Mbappe sat on the pitch for a while before signalling he could not continue.
This is the second injury for Mbappe since joining Real Madrid. In September, he was sidelined for one match due to a muscle setback.
The Frenchman will hope to recover quickly as Real Madrid prepare for crucial fixtures ahead. The club will provide updates after today's tests.
