This development is very unfortunate and I am delighted Hazard apologised because it was not intended. I pray Akapo will overcome this injury on time and receive complete healing. However while not excusing the injury, it's a lesson for all aggressive players especially those who believe Hazard should be roughened to prevent him from showcasing his prowess on the field. All opposition players in La Liga major intentions are to injure Hazard. As a result Hazard has the highest ratio of injuries per appearance in both La Liga and Champions League since coming to Real Madrid. I hope other players will now know that Hazard also have some strength and will be more careful in trying to get him out of play.
Akapo in particular has been noted to be very rough against Hazard, Vinicious Jr and Rodrigo. And he gets away with it most of the time. Infact I got interested in him because of his rough aggressive nature and the use of his big stature to advantage in intimidating our players, then I was thinking he is a Nigerian player but thank God he is not.

The guys were terribly rough on the pitch so they deserve that. It’s not a deliberate tackle by hazard as he could have been avoided but he chose that position to be aggressive
