Tuttosport: Milan prepare Kovacic bid
- Mateo Kovacic will be offered a first-team spot at Milan soon, per Tuttosport
- The Royals are still not ready to sell the midfielder, as stated in the latest reports
- The player himself wants to have much more game practice
After making two huge signings of Higuain and Caldara, Milan are reportedly targeting Madrid's Mateo Kovacic. This was one of the headlines of the latest Tuttosport edition.
However, despite Kovacic is interested to have more game practice at another European side, Florentino Perez isn't allegedly ready to sell the player, first of all, because of the midfielders' depth in the squad, and secondly, because of Luka Modric who could be forced to stay if Kovacic remains at the club as well.
Nevertheless, Mateo is going to reveal his interest in the following deal as well because of the two Croatians that are already there: Ivan Strinic and Alen Halilovic.
The midfielder has already played in Milan, but for Internazionale: Kovacic enjoyed three seasons with the Nerazzurri where he fired eight goals and 11 assists in all competitions.
