Modric could allegedly leave the club even if €750m aren't paid
- Italian media states there's an informal clause between Perez and Modric making the possible departure of Luka much easier
La Gazzetta dello Sport, reliable Italian source, claims there's a specific "pact" between Florentino Perez and Luka Modric, triggering the Croatian's departure in case he initiates this decision.

The similar "agreement" was supposedly concluded between the president and Cristiano Ronaldo sometime before he left the club.
Earlier on, it was mentioned that Real Madrid are thinking about increasing Modric's salary, which would put him on par with Sergio Ramos and just below Gareth Bale to ensure he doesn't leave next summer, in 2020 when he is 34.
The only price for which the Croatian is going to be sent off is about €750m, as per Perez, so the president is really determined to make Luka stay put.
The player is allegedly heading to his first training sessions with the first team this summer and is supposed to get ready for the UEFA Super Cup fixture against Atletico.
