- Los Blancos face city rivals Atletico in the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday, 15 August; kick-off is at 9 pm CET
Real Madrid players have started their preparations for the upcoming UEFA Super Cup on Sunday morning.
Those who played in Saturday's Trofeo Bernabeu match against Milan (3-1 win) were allowed to start with light recovery training.
Only Marcelo and Casemiro trained normally with the group.
The players carried out a few drills and several possession exercises before playing a high-tempo match.
Finally, the team completed a running drill.
Julen Lopetegui has every player available apart from Jesus Vallejo who is still injured. The young defender worked on a special recovery program.
