How Ronaldo could actually force Dybala into joining Madrid
- Cristiano Ronaldo is causing Paulo Dybala to 'suffer' by his presence on the pitch, insists Marco Tardelli.
- Dybala's impact on the Bianconerri has reduced significantly after Ronaldo's arrival, according to the Juventus legend.
- The Argentine striker has long been a target for Los Blancos.
"Juventus need to work in the management of the squad,” Tardelli told Italian TV station Rai Sport. “Cristiano Ronaldo may have played too much this year, but he is the one who imposes [the team’s attitude].
“Against Ajax [in the Champions League] he could have done even more.
“I think some players give less with Ronaldo; they suffer with him unconsciously.
“Dybala is one of them.”
Juventus have already secured the Serie A title after defeating Fiorentina 2-1 on Saturday. As well as Madrid, the Bianconerri were eliminated from the Champions League at the hands of Ajax but their domestic success is unquestionable for 8 years in a row now.
With five games remaining, Cristiano Ronaldo continues to battle 36-year-old Fabio Quagliarella in a race for the Serie A golden boot. The ex-Real Madrid forward is now on 19 league goals while Quagliarella has 22.
Dybala's impact on Juventus, meanwhile, has reduced to just five goals and six assists across 27 appearances this season compared to last term's 22 league goals. The Argentine striker has long been a target for Los Blancos and Ronaldo could be the reason for 25-year-old to consider his move to the Bernabeu this summer.
